Become a Part of the de Gunzburg Society

de Gunzburg Society

Named in memory of one of the founding families of ORT, the de Gunzburg Society was established to honor supporters who have generously provided gifts to ORT America through a planned gift, or who have formally declared their intention to leave a bequest to ORT America.

Becoming a Part of the de Gunzburg Society

Becoming a part of the de Gunzburg Society is quite simple. Just notify us of your intention to include ORT in your estate plans by completing a de Gunzburg Enrollment Form and you will automatically be included in this prestigious group.

Planned gifts create opportunities for both our donors and ORT America. A planned gift allows you to ensure that future generations of ORT students have the best possible educational opportunities, and offers important tax benefits.

How to become a member of the de Gunzburg Society:

  • Include a bequest to ORT America in your will or living trust
  • Name ORT America as a beneficiary to receive assets such as retirement plans and life insurance policies after you’re gone
  • Create a Charitable Gift Annuity or a Charitable Remainder Trust with ORT America

Verified planned gifts of $50,000 or more are further recognized with membership in the de Gunzburg Heritage Club.
